The government is conducting a survey to assess the impact of the Coronavirus lockdown on young people's mental health. The survey is for young people aged 10-25 and is completely anonymous. If you would like to take part, please click here to complete the survey before the 12th August.

Action for Happiness is also releasing monthly calendars with suggestions for daily actions to help make us happier. This will be updated every month.
