Mental Health and Wellbeing

Taking care of our mental health has never been more important. Here are some helpful links and tips for taking care of you

It is important to us at Eskdale School that the mental health and wellbeing of our students is supported to the best of our ability. In addition to our dedicated pastoral team, we are establishing a Wellbeing team who will run a drop-in at lunchtimes for students to talk about any worries they have and provide support.

Action for Happiness releases monthly calendars with suggestions for daily actions to help make us happier. Click the link below to see the helpful Happiness tips:

Additionally, the literary trust has developed The Book of Hopes - a free book of hopeful short stories. Click the link to read and download the book.

If you need help or support, please get in touch with us or contact any of the helplines or charities below. It is important to note that if you think your child may be in crisis, it is advisable to seek a GP appointment as soon as possible.
