Admissions Arrangements

Prospective Parents are welcome to visit the School at any time.

An appointment should be made by telephoning the School in advance to ensure that a member of staff is available.

All visitors must report to reception first.

If you want your son or daughter to secure a place at Eskdale School, we strongly recommend that you choose Eskdale School as your first choice preference.

Applicants are welcome from the families of students who want to choose a caring, successful and inclusive school where every child matters.

The current PAN (Published Admission Number) for Eskdale School is 110.

Admission Zone

Eskdale School has defined admission zone, although parents are entitled to apply to any secondary school of their choice. A good percentage of students who attend Eskdale School live outside the traditional admission zone.

Admissions Application Process

Application to register a preference must be made to the local Education Offices. If your child attends a local Primary School and is in his/her final year, the Education Office will contact you and offer you a choice. Follow this click here to access the North Yorkshire County Council website.
