Design and Technology at Eskdale

Design and Technology prepares students to participate in tomorrows rapidly changing world. Students learn to become problem solvers as individuals and as members of a teaam.

All students study Design and Technology for 2 (one hour) periods per week.

The different areas are:

Food, Graphics and Resistant Materials.

At the end of Year 9 students transfer to Whitby Community Colege and are given the opportunity to study a variety of GCSE Design and Technology courses.
